Concealed within the front panels of this podium is bullet resistant material that is NIJ rated to the level of your desire. Your protection is concealed and it will not detract from your perfect presentation. Your audience will never be able to determine that the podium is ballistic resistant, and your guest will appreciate your foresight in providing a last line of defense for their safety. Beyond the ballistic resistant capability of the podium, you can still enjoy the features of this beautiful hardwood podium in the wood species of your choice.
This podium features many compound angles which provide its stately appearance and will add to any presentation or event. Some of the highlight features that come standard include an abundant use of the hardwood species of your choice, fabric covered top, supple leather covered handrails, abundant use of solid hardwood including the solid wood drop down work surface which can be set at an angled or flat position, work surface also lifts for access to hidden materials inside, flat reveal above the work surface which is perfect for microphones and/or lights, grommet holes throughout to allow for convenient cable management, full depth shelf inside podium body for storage organization, and hidden rear casters for tilt-n-roll maneuverability.
