Protector Step-In Ballistic Resistant Podium
Protect your most valuable asset – your staff. We know that when you are seeking the protection of a ballistic resistant podium, the beauty of the podium becomes secondary to the effectiveness of the ballistic resistant functionality. That is why the Protector Step-In is laced with your choice of NIJ rated ballistic resistant protection. The front and both sides are protected for three-sided security with clear ballistic glazing material above the podium surface for secure visibility. The design of the Step-In also enhances the side protection as a guard may step forward for increased side coverage. We incorporate our Threat Elimination Technology™ to provide the safest system available, which includes a seamless design for total protection between the upper clear material and the ballistic material encased within the body of the podium. Our system stands out from the competition in safety, quality, and beauty. Our Protector is the design of choice and is currently serving many federal facilities, courts, airports, casinos and other private sectors.
Although the ballistic material is paramount, we have also stepped up the functionality and beauty of the podium body. The Protector Step-In features a laminate work surface, an abundant use of your choice of solid hardwoods, a locking drawer, flat panel doors, an adjustable shelf for a variety of equipment applications, Easy Glide™ System for easy maneuverability, and grommets throughout for wire chases. Stand secure behind the Protector Step-In to the safest ballistic resistant podium design in the market.
